 In this introductory workshop, you will learn selling basics such as prospecting, discovering a customer’s needs, matching needs with benefits, closing, and good customer follow-through. Whether you are in business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), or retail sales, this workshop will get you comfortable meeting with a prospect, discussing their business situation or needs, and providing a solution that allows you to become a valued partner for that customer for the long-term.
